I came here to get a better picture of my body composition after hearing about it from a friend. Using the InBody machine, I got exactly that! Julie was very kind and informative presenting my results and made things very clear. I hope to return in 3 months and see my progress periodically. I went to Almage for my InBody composition test and it was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I need to work on to improve my body composition. I will definitely come back for a follow up with a health coach to guide me on what to do next!
